Footprints Journey Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. However, to cover the costs involved in organizing your trip, the following cancellation charges will apply:
- Cancellations made more than 30 days before the trip start date: 50% of the total trip cost will be charged.
- Cancellations made between 30 and 14 days before the trip start date: 70% of the total trip cost will be charged.
- Cancellations made between 14 and 7 days before the trip start date: 90% of the total trip cost will be charged.
- Cancellations made less than 7 days before the trip start date or no-shows: 100% of the trip cost will be charged. No refunds will be issued.
Please note: Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7-14 business days from the date of cancellation.
